By design, we limit our Washington DC intern housing to a handful of high-end properties located in the most prime locations for internships. By keeping our offerings to a handful of properties and not overcrowding them with interns, we are able to provide superior living conditions at well-maintained properties. All our rowhouses have updated kitchens and bathrooms and we provide a monthly cleaning service of the entire house (not just common areas). We are available 24/7 for maintenance issues.
